Our top anxiety apps

Anxiety is becoming more and more common in mothers. The mental load is real and juggling family life while trying to carve out some time for ourselves is difficult right now.

It’s so important to keep on on top of your mental health, and while a trip to a health spa would be ideal – right now we need to use whatever resources we can access easily. Search for apps to help and there are thousands to choose from. Our top three apps for anxiety and stress are ones we use every single day. You can find them in your app store.

Clementine app is an app I have used for years, their tag line is a hypotherapist, coach and side kick for women. There are so many different options in the app to help when you need it most. You can choose from sleep meditations, stress resets, confidence boosts and everything in between. There are fantastic guided meditations and while there are paid options the free classic tracks are amazing – especially the Start the day right track.

Bloom focuses on CBT or cognitive behavioural therapy, it is a paid app but there is a free trial to sample everything it does. There are lots of ways to use the app, with tailored therapy, a journal section, and lots of video and audio activities to help you when you need it most.

Breathe is a brilliant app if you need relief fast, it asks you to check in and gives you tracks to help with your mood. You can follow your progress and choose different voices to listen to. There are free tracks and paid for options, both are brilliant to help you cope in a stressful situation.

There are lots of other great anxiety aids out there, keep an eye out on our blog page for more coming soon.
